Just Breathe

I need an attitude adjustment. The other week I was totally on board with positive vibes only, and then I let people get under my skin. So this week, I am taking it slow & steady.


I am just focusing on breathing. Accepting things for what they are instead of what they should be. Focusing on myself instead of others. Finding a way to rise above it all.

I hope that if you are struggling with staying positive like I am, that you try to do the same. Kicking this Negative Nancy habit is much harder than I anticipated. But I am still working toward it.
