I don't know about you, but last week was rough for me. I was beyond tired every single day, stuck in daze, longing for some downtime to just rest my eyes.
This week, my goals are simple. Wake up. Survive. Go back to sleep. I need to find a better balance so that my body is active when it needs to be and still getting the rest it needs. Keeping it simple. That certainly sounds like a good plan to me!
