I am so happy and so very sad at the same time to post this. I am excited for another month of inspiring fashion prompts, but am disappointed that it will be the last one of the summer. Hopefully I made it bright & sunshiney enough to make it through the cooler months.


8.1: Destructive Diva.  Break out you favorite destructed denim.
8.2: All Wrapped Up.  Hopefully it is not too hot out because I am picturing a cute wrap cardigan. However, a warm weather option is a wrap dress, skirt or blouse.
8.3: Check Me Out.  I am envisioning your cutest summer plaid. Not digging it? Wear something that makes you feel hot so everyone can check you out!
8.4: Detective Work.  Time to put your sleuthing skills into your wardrobe--dress like a detective today.
8.5: Fresh Fruit.  This is basically a ploy for me to be able to wear more pineapples...but any fruit will do.
8.6: Floral Favorite.  Everyone knows how much I love floral, so love it with me! Wear your favorite floral piece today.
8.7: Island Breeze. Let's all pretend we are on island time today and dress the part.
8.8: Easy Peasy.  Wear whatever you want as long as it is hassle-free.
8.9: Masculine v. Feminine.  Go tomboy chic in boyfriend denim or girly girl with a frilly little dress. No in-betweens though!
8.10: Eyelets and/or Lace.  Add a little frill to your look today with eyelets or lace, or both!
8.11: Let's Flamingle.  Summer is winding down so we must wear our flamingos until we cannot anymore!
8.12: Seaworthy Sperry's.  Let's get nautical today with our most seaworthy boat shoes.
8.13: Like the Movies.  Channel your favorite actress today.
8.14: Fancy Feet.  Twinkle toes, anyone? Wear a fancy pair of shoes today.
8.15: Something Sentimental.  We all have those pieces that we don't wear often, but keep because they are sentimental. Break one out of the closet today.
8.16: Pop of Color.  You can go all bright or just a pop of color here and there...just have a blast with it.
8.17: Over-Embellished.  Add a little extra pizazz to your outfit today. Is it actually possible to be too blinged out?
8.18: Polka Time.  Polka dots! Enough said.
8.19: Tribal Vibes.  Let's rock our best tribal and/or aztec patterns today.
8.20: Favorite Color Combo.  Pink and black, blue and lime, purple and white...what is your favorite color combo? Show it off today.
8.21: Bahama Mama.  I am picturing palm trees.
8.22: Make Me Blush.  Pretty simple today--a cheek blush photo or blush colored clothing. The choice is yours.
8.23: Tee Time.  Golf? Yeah, maybe. Wear your best tee time digs. However, I was picturing dressed up graphic tees.
8.24: Monday Blues.  No one likes Monday, so let's be blue about it. It's allowed.
8.25: Citrus Twist.  Whether you opt for citrus colors or citrus graphic, you are bound to look sweet and savory today.
8.26: A Classic Look.  Google your heart out if you must, as long as you find a classic and timeless look to mimic today.
8.27: Bauble or Druzy.  Make a statement with your jewelry today. Whether you go bauble or druzy, I am sure you will look fabulous.
8.28: Yacht Party.  Another day of nautical digs...because why not?
8.29: Sunshine State of Mind.  Let's look all bright and sunshiney today. Bright & bold colors, or fun summer patterns...all are welcome!
8.30: Simple Braided.  Braided hair, braided straps, or braided accessories.
8.31: Plain or Patterned, but not both!  It sounds simple, but it may be more difficult than you think. You can wear all solids or all patterns, but no mixing!
