We all have people in our lives who have a way of making us feel terrible. Whether they are insulting, demeaning, condescending, or just downright rude. Despite our ongoing attempts to push out these Negative Nancy's from our lives, it seems there will always be one that remains.


Just remember that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Only you allow them to make you feel that way. Find a way to delete them from your lives permanently or (more likely) to allow whatever they say to roll right off your shoulders. At the end of the day, it just is not worth it to allow them into your heads and hearts just to bring you down.
