Herbalife Week Four

I am still bumming over the fact that I was unable to weigh in last week, but I am looking forward to this weekend. As I am writing this, it is only Monday night and I have several days between me and the end of this week. By the time I post this on Saturday, I am hopeful to see more positive results.

WEEK FOUR

Day 21: Sunday 3/20
Breakfast: I slept through it, whoops.
Lunch: Mint Chocolate Chip Mug Cake
Snack: Balanced Break
Dinner: Steak, Sweet Potato & Asparagus
Snack: Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt

Calories Consumed: 939 / Calories Burned: 1 (lazy day) / 262 calories UNDER goal
Comments: Well, the upside to sleeping my day away was coming in significantly under calories...and not being hungry at all.

Day 22: Monday 3/21
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Wrap & Ranch Doritos (I know, I should have skipped the chips)
Snack: Balanced Breaks & Cheese Stick
Dinner: Mug Cake & Sweet Potato
Snack: Skipped It

Calories Consumed: 1245 / Calories Burned: 161 / 116 calories UNDER goal
Comments: I was supposed to run errands after work today and I was anticipating not having time for dinner, so I decided to eat a real lunch instead. I was craving my usual lunchtime go-to so it was a nice change of pace. Also, I thought it was a bit easier to maintain feeling full throughout the day. While I will not continue this routine regularly, I will definitely be switching it up from time to time.

Day 23: Tuesday 3/22
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Lemon F1 Pie & a cheese stick (to offset the super sweetness of the pie)
Snack: Balanced Break
Dinner: Crispy Chicken Salad w/Balsamic Vinaigrette
Snack: Balanced Break & 2 cheese sticks (oink oink)

Calories Consumed: 1375 / Calories Burned: 170 / 5 calories OVER goal
Comments: I definitely had one of those days where I was starving all day long. Even with all of the extra snacking and going five calories over my allotment, I still fell short of my protein goal (by a whopping 26 grams). As far as my water intake goes, the University deciding that refilling our water cooler is an unnecessary expense is severely effing with me. I ordered a new 80oz water bottle so once it comes I will be back on track with that, but until then...fingers crossed.

Day 24: Wednesday 3/23
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Mint F1 Pie
Snack: 2 String Cheese
Dinner: Pasta Buffet (I went out, like a dummy)
Snack: Balanced Break

Calories Consumed: 1511 / Calories Burned: 112 / 199 calories OVER goal
Comments: Well, I went out to eat again like an idiot. I ordered the pasta buffet, to make matters worse. The good news is that it was delicious.

Day 25: Thursday 3/24
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Mint F1 Pie
Snack: Hard Boiled Eggs
Dinner: Turkey & Swiss on a spinach wrap and a Lemon Meringue Yogurt
Snack: 4oz steak & string cheese

Calories Consumed: 1362 / Calories Burned: 225 / 63 calories remaining
Comments: I had a twelve hour day at work and I was worried I would be too hungry, over calories, under protein and in a world of trouble. I actually did pretty well as far as a calories and protein went. The only thing I was over is overly exhausted.

Day 26: Friday 3/25
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Cookies & Cream Meal Bar
Snack: String Cheese & Balanced Breaks
Dinner: Cheese quesadillas
Snack: Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt

Calories Consumed: 1250 / Calories Burned: 95 / 45 calories UNDER goal
Comments: I was SUPER lazy today. Aside from working a half day, I accomplished literally nothing. I even came home and took a two hour nap. The bright side to that is that I didn't just sit around and eat (or think about eating), like I normally do when I am bored at home.

Day 27: Saturday 3/26
Breakfast: Orange Cream Mug Cake, topped w/vanilla yogurt
Lunch: Cookies & Cream Meal Bar
Dinner: BBQ chicken w/ranch broccoli and garlic cauliflower
Snack: Lemon Meringue yogurt

Calories Consumed: 927 / Calories Burned: 82 / 355 calories UNDER goal
Comments: Woohoo, I finally came in a significant amount of calories under my goal!! Also lost another two pounds at weigh-in this morning, bringing my total Herbalife weightloss to ten pounds. Winning!
