Herbalife Week Ten

Ten weeks into my Herbalife journey already!? That is so incredibly surprising to me. I officially lost 15lbs! While I fully admit that I should be further along than that, I also fully believe that you get out of Herbalife what you put into Herbalife. The past 3-4 weeks...I haven't been putting a whole lot into it. I am hoping to turn that around now and I look forward to the weeks ahead, including whatever results are to come.

I know I have had quite a few off-point weeks lately. I had a lot of functions this week that required me to throw my routine off a bit.  However, I was under my weekly calorie goal and over my weekly burned calorie goal so all in all it was a win.

A routine I am definitely hoping to get back into now that the semester is officially over is my gym routine. Whether I start working out at home or actually manage to get my butt back to the gym, over the coming weeks I want a solid exercise routine to return to my life.

What are your fitness goals this summer?
