Herbalife Week Thirteen

Another week has come and gone and I happy to say that I am down an additional pound. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is purely a miracle based on this weekend alone.

Monday 5.23:

Lunch: Mint Pie & Cheese Stick
Snack: Balanced Break
Dinner: Steak, sweet potato & asparagus
Dessert: Baby twist ice cream cone

Calories Consumed: 1183 / Calories Burned: 1925 / 742 calorie deficit

Tuesday 5.24:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Mint Pie & Cheese Stick
Snack: Balanced Break
Dinner: Breaded cod, sweet potato & asparagus
Dessert: Baby twist ice cream cone

Calories Consumed: 1088 / Calories Burned: 1989 / 901 calorie deficit

Wednesday 5.25

Dinner: Hot dog, BBQ chips & a salad

Friday 5.27:

Dinner: Chicken Parmesan & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Saturday 5.28:
Breakfast: Pancakes, breakfast potatoes & sausage patties
Lunch: Cheese Pizza & Fried Mushrooms
Dinner: Express Meal Bar

Calories Consumed: 1570 / Calories Burned: 2162 / 592 calorie deficit

I was out of town on Friday and Saturday, which normally would be awesome...if I wouldn't have let my meal bars sitting on my kitchen counter. Needless to say, I was clearly over calories both days. Luckily, I walked a lot so it all balanced out in the end.
