I just want to start out by saying that I kicked week twelve right in the booty. I stayed on task, I worked out (though not as much as originally planned or as much as I would like), I didn't cheat, and I felt GREAT. I had a lot of energy and didn't feel sluggish. It feels so nice to finally be back on track.

Because I didn't lose anything. Nothing. I understand that I started lifting again this week, but I truly didn't think it would be enough to impact weigh in. Tomorrow is a new week, I guess.
