Progress, Not Perfection

I have been very open about the progress I have been making on my Herbalife journey. I had someone ask me a few days ago why I share so much information, particularly on off/bad weeks. My answer is simple -- because it's a journey. It isn't one-sided. It isn't always going to be great. But each day, each snack, each shake...they all contribute to the big picture.


In any fitness journey it is important to strive for progress. It isn't going to be perfect. Why? Because it is freaking hard. You will stumble. You will slip up. You will cheat. AND THAT IS OK. As long as you are still working toward your end goal. Keep the bit picture ever present in your mind. Any progress is still progress, even if it is minute. Always always always strive for progress, not perfection and you will be successful. You got this!
