I cannot believe summer is already starting to wind down. We are less than a week away from August and I am incredibly sad about it because I am not ready to get back to the grind of the school year, but I am looking forward to Fall (the best season ever). Before we slide into a new season, let's get the most of out our summer wardrobes!
Monday Bling:
7. Bauble or Druzy. Go bold with a bauble necklace or keep it simple with a druzy today.
14. Watch Out. Today is all about your watch, whether it blinged-out and fancy or a simple fitness tracker.
21. Choked Up. Get in on that choker action before it becomes another fading trend.
28. Crystal Clear. Let's see those clear jewels today -- diamonds, cubic zirconia (for us poor gals), crystal, whatever.
Patterned Tuesday:
1. Let's Flamingle. What is the point in continuing summer if we don't have fun with some flamingos!?
8. Tribal Vibes. Bust out those tribal print pieces, ladies!
15. Going on Safari. You could actually get out of the office and go on safari or just dress like it! Or, opt for animal prints -- giraffe, leopard, elephant, zebra.
22. Bahama Mama. Channel your inner island diva today.
29. Island Breeze. That's right, tropical themes two weeks in a row! I gotta get it out of my system.
Wing It Wednesday:
2. Tee Time. Keep is simple with a tshirt today.
9. Ocean Inspired. The color of the ocean, sea creatures...whatever strikes your fancy.
16. Short of It. Show off those legs in some shorts!
23. Pleats & Thank You. Let's try out those pleated skirts while they are still in style!
30. Fancy Feet. Twinkle toes, anyone? Whatever your version of fancy feet -- blingy, perfectly pedicured, heels, etc.
Thursday Boardwalk Adventures:
3. Wave Swinger. Who else is in love with swing dresses??
10. Slip 'n Slide. Pop on a pair of slip on/slide shoes today.
17. Tilt-a-Whirl. Wear a tilted hemline or a whirl-friendly dress/skirt today.
24. Ring Toss. Show of your fave rings today.
31. Bumper Boats. You HAD to know I would not pass up the opportunity for another nautical inspired theme this summer.
Colorful Friday:
4. Orange Sherbet. Mimic the sun today.
11. Splash of Lemon. Add in a pop of yellow.
18. Key Lime Pie. Lime is a seriously underrated color, but it is so bright & fun!
25. Cherry Water Ice. My fave, duh.
