You. Guys. Christmas is only one week away! How did that even happen?! I am looking forward to finishing this week out and then enjoying a week of University closure (which basically involves a lot of sleeping and doing nothing productive). What are your holiday plans?


Monday 12/18: Tis the Season for Blanket Scarves


Well it is if it ever gets truly cold enough. I don't know about you, but it has to be downright frigid for me to wrap up in one of these babies. But they look great whether they are dressed up or down!

Tuesday 12/19: Gingerbread Neutrals


One of my favorite prompts of the year. Keep it neutral like a gingerbread man today. I expect to see lots of tans, nudes, browns and chocolates.

Wednesday 12/20: Merry & Bright


I have found over the years that it can be difficult to be both merry and bright so feel free to choose just one if you prefer. Should go the route of merry, may Christmas tees, ugly sweaters, reindeer and fair isle be plentiful in your wardrobe. Bright on the other hand, is as simple as a tasteful pop of color.

Thursday 12/21: Ornamental

Take inspiration from your favorite Christmas ornaments today. To some that may mean glitter and metallics, while others may take a more sentimental approach. In the past, I have used this prompt as an excuse to overdo it with jewelry. This year, though, I have something else in mind...stay tuned.

Friday 12/22: Golden Angel


Everyone has something gold in their wardrobe and today is your chance to showcase it. You can wear gold pieces, gold accessories, gold shoes, gold jewelry...whatever strikes your fancy!
