Sometimes we focus on the wrong things because it is easy. It is easy to talk, to plan ahead, to eat crappy, to worry and doubt, to hate, and take things for granted.
Perhaps we should think more analytically about the way we act and the decisions we make. We should be consciously making decisions instead of just falling into a pattern. So when you catch yourself rambling on, stop and listen. Stop planning for a hot second and start doing. Track what you are putting into your body and make more healthy adjustments accordingly. Get up and move around. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself. Be grateful for the things you do have.
