When I first began #WellnessWednesday posts I spent several weeks talking to you about Formula One, the foundation of Herbalife's weight-management products. Quick refresher: it provides you with up to 21 essential vitamins and minerals, on top of added protein and fiber, to provide you with a well-balanced meal that is quick, easy and health conscious.

Today for Wellness Wednesday I want to talk about muscles. Not necessarily just building them, but helping to recover them after a tough workout. Who has left the gym and felt stiff and sore by the time you got home? It is kind of a great feeling, right? It is like you can really feel how good your workout was. For me, that feeling of accomplishment is quickly followed by fear of whether I am going to be too sore to do what I need to do at work the next day. Shove those fears aside, because I have a solution for you.
For Wellness Wednesday this week I want to talk about something I have struggled with for most of my life. Suffering from anemia, I am continuously fatigued and lacking energy. This is something I thought I would be stuck with forever; and while it is still an issue for me, for the first time ever I have something that improves my day-to-day greatly.
Today I want to get real about where I am at in my weightloss journey. I have spent the past several weeks stuck and frustrated. I had a week off, spent most of it on the road and eating like crap. As a result, I gained. I spent the following couple of weeks trying to get back on track, but still really struggling. I wanted to snack because I was used to consuming more (bc crappy food isn't as filling), but I didn't want to count calories. I wanted to exercise more, but I was hungry, burnt out and just didn't feel like it. Who's been there?
This week for Wellness Wednesday I want to talk about something we all struggle with along our weightloss journey's -- cravings. Keeping ourselves from unhealthy snacking is perhaps the most difficult part of losing weight; staying on track can be difficult. Snack Defense is designed to help with just that.
This week for Wellness Wednesday, I want to move away from the core line and start talking about some of the more specialized Herbalife weight management products. One of my absolute favorite weight management products is Cell-U-Loss.
For Wellness Wednesday this week I wanted to finish up covering the core product line. We spent several weeks talking about F1 (Meal Replacement), went over F2 (Multivitamin) last week so that just leaves F3 (Cell Activator) for today. One of the questions I hear a lot is "Why do I need a cell activator anyway?" I asked this question myself when I first started the products. So, let's dig a little deeper into this.
Herbalife is so much more than "one of those shake programs." We spent the last several weeks focusing on Formula 1 and it's endless possibilities because it is the foundation of Herbalife's weight-management products. However, the rest of the core line is vital to giving your body the essential nutrients it needs to help you lose weight and gain energy.
I just want to start out by saying that I kicked week twelve right in the booty. I stayed on task, I worked out (though not as much as originally planned or as much as I would like), I didn't cheat, and I felt GREAT. I had a lot of energy and didn't feel sluggish. It feels so nice to finally be back on track.
I just want to start off by saying that this post is not about, nor does it condone criminal activity of any kind. That said, do not literally dine out and dash away without paying [unless your lacking a moral code, I suppose]. Moving onto what I actually want to talk about...how Herbalife supports a dine & dash lifestyle like so many of you busy ladies & gents are living these days.
Another week has come and gone. I took it pretty easy this week; much easier than I originally intended. It was the first week following the end of the semester and I was so mentally exhausted from it all. I stuck with the program (though I did forget my lunch tablets one day), but I didn't go above and beyond in any aspect.
As we move into another week of Wellness Wednesday (WW), I want to appeal to all of the sweet tooth Betty's out there. I know we have been talking about Formula 1 for a couple of weeks now, but I want to spend this one talking about another way you can use F1 for meal replacement. That's right, pie!
Ten weeks into my Herbalife journey already!? That is so incredibly surprising to me. I officially lost 15lbs! While I fully admit that I should be further along than that, I also fully believe that you get out of Herbalife what you put into Herbalife. The past 3-4 weeks...I haven't been putting a whole lot into it. I am hoping to turn that around now and I look forward to the weeks ahead, including whatever results are to come.
Hello, lovelies! I recently decided (as in, two days ago I dreamed up this idea) to start posting Wellness Wednesday's. While I do enjoy using this as a food-log of sorts and sharing my entire Herbalife journey with you, I realized that I am not doing my best at really getting down to the core of Herbalife and educating you on the products.
Don't care? No worries, I am not offended -- just move right on past this post. If you are interested in health & wellness in anyway, let's get right down to it. Today we are going to talk about the main Formula 1 product and what it is like to Wake & Shake.

I want to start off by telling you that I had a rough week. I kept forgetting my tablets (either at home or just forgetting to take them) and therefore was constantly hungry. I cheated...more than once. I ate my feelings, a lot. That said, the fact that I lost anything this week is a miracle; the fact that it was less than a pound (.8) is not at all surprising. So, we are just going to move on like nothing ever happened an say that I am still at a 14lb loss because really, what's the point in celebrating .8?
