Herbalife Week Nine

Another week of Herbalife down. This we was a little better than last, but not by much. I really need to kick my butt in gear with this...and SOON.


WEEK NINE

Sunday 4.24:

Dinner: Steak, Sweet Potato & Asparagus
Snack: Fresh Strawberries

Calories Consumed: 1026 / Calories Burned: 1627

Monday 4.25:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Snack: Balanced Break & Cheese Stick
Lunch: Cheese Quesadilla
Dinner: Cookies & Cream Meal Bar

Calories Consumed: 1178 / Calories Burned: 1931

Tuesday 4.26:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake & fresh strawberries
Lunch: Cookies & Cream Meal Bar
Snack: Cheese stick & Balanced Break
Dinner: BBQ Chicken and Sweet Potato
Snack: Fresh Strawberries

Calories Consumed: 1233 / Calories Burned:2027

Wednesday 4.27:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Snack: Balanced Break
Dinner: Shredded Chicken Burrito (I'm terrible, I know)

Calories Consumed: 1262 / Calories Burned: 2307

Thursday 4.28:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shake
Lunch: Cookies & Cream Bar
Snack: Balanced Break & Cheese Stick
Dinner: It was bad. Big event at work, didn't even track it all. Let's just assume it was about 600 calories more than it should have been.

Calories Consumed: 1465+ / Calories Burned: 2089

Friday 4.29: 
Breakfast: Mint Chocolate Chip Shake
Lunch: Meal Bar & Balanced Break
Snack: String Cheese
Dinner: Pot Roast (YUM)

Calories Consumed: 1300 / Calories Burned: 1918

Saturday 4.30:
Breakfast: Meal Bar
Lunch: Shredded Chicken Burrito
Snack: Zucchini Chips
Dinner: Chicken Spinnocoli Pasta

Calories Consumed: 1425 / Calories Burned: 2195

So I had a pretty rough week. It was going pretty well until the end-of-semester dinner on Thursday...when I BLEW IT. I weighed in that morning just in case I lost all self control that night and I was down two more pounds. Then I ate my weight in delicious food that night, and the night after that, and the night after that...LIKE A LUNATIC. Needless to say when I weighed in today, I gained those two pounds back. The fact that it was only those two pounds was a total miracle. Here is hoping I can get back into the swing of things next week. I want to get back to kickass progress like I started with, instead of just so-so. I have all of the tools I need to make it happen; it is up to me to get it done.
