Building on what we have been discussing this month in regards to combatting insecurities, I just want to remind you that you can do this.
No matter what your goals are, it is within your power to push toward them. It may not be easy, but it is within all of our power to change habits (like doubting yourself). I cannot tell you how to accomplish your goals, but I do know it is possible.
One thing I am super excited about is habit tracking this year. My 2017 planner has monthly habit tracking and I am really looking forward to seeing how it transforms my goals. I am hopeful that checking off a little box everyday will be more encouraging than the little voice inside my head.
