Merry Christmas, everyone! I know you all think I am insane, but today is my Christmas (Orthodox) so I am finally celebrating what most of you celebrated a week ago. I am taking a few moments away to look at the style prompts ahead for the week --


Monday 1/8: Arctic Blue & Beige

Not an unheard of combination, but not a common one either. Unfortunately, I have not tried it myself yet so I have little inspiration to offer. I have a beautiful light blue sweater that I am thinking about pairing with beige Uggs for this prompt.

Tuesday 1/9: Double the Dots


I love this prompt -- it is SO much fun! And a different take on pattern play is always a good thing. One set of polka dots is simply not enough today, so wear two! I usually throw on a polka dot scarf with a dot top or my polka pixies.

Wednesday 1/10: Toasty Turtleneck


Keep your neck warm and toasty with a turtleneck. You can opt for a turtleneck sweater (left photos) or just as easily layer a turtleneck under a sweater (right photos) to be extra cozy.

Thursday 1/11: In w/the New York & Company


NY&C has long been on my list of go-to stops when it comes to work clothes. They have some of the cutest yet simple sweaters (top left; bottom photos)! I also adore their outerwear (not pictured) and dresses/skirts (top right).

Friday 1/12: Cozy Fireside Tones


I usually keep it neutral when it comes to fireside tones (top photos), but you could add in some reds and oranges (bottom photos) to make it pop if you prefer.
